IT WORKED! kind of…

this little experiment has answered so many questions for me about my own sleep patterns.
the photograph interval was 10 minutes, so i think i’ll try it again with 5 minutes.
i move so much in my sleep, and though my drink goes down, i do remember drinking most of it last night, so im keen to capture myself sleep drinking as it were.
anyway it was an amusing experiment if a little weird.
